I love my husband!

Ladies,

I hope you are getting ready for Thanksgiving. We are heading up to Asheville, North Carolina and I'm so excited as this is the perfect time of the year to be there. If you haven't been there yet; the city is extremely cute with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops.

This Thanksgiving don't forget to count all your blessings and celebrate the miracle of life.

Speaking of love...I do love my husband with all my heart and as he travels a lot for work we like to write to each other short loving notes.

This is his last loving note. Isn't he the cutest ever?...

So never hesitate to express your love, embrace every moment together and make yourself time to remind him that he is very special to you.

Happy Thanksgiving to y'all!

xoxo, me...

Sweet Alany

I want to introduce you to Alany, a 21 years old super cool girl. I love her fresh trendy look so I asked her about her fashion choices.

You look so cool today, tell us where did you buy that outfit?
Thanks! My blazer is from H&M, my top is from Macy’s, my watch is Michael Kors, my jeans are from Urban Outfitters, and my boots are Sam Edelman.

Which is your favorite affordable store that you can’t stop buying from?
I love TJ Maxx, because I’ve been able to score some great designer deals for a fantastic price.

How would you describe your daily style?
It varies, some days I like to be preppy, other days I prefer to be urban and edgy. It really just depends on how  feel that day.

Do you follow fashion or fashion follows you?
I think a little bit of both. I love reading fashion magazines and getting inspiration from them, and I also notice that others want to copy my style, especially my business casual style. J

 Who is your fashion icon?
Hmm, that’s a tough one. I like the model Cara Delevigne when it comes to young, trendy style but I also love how Kerry Washington’s character, Olivia Pope from "Scandal", dresses in business clothes.

Thanks for sharing. A young approach to fashion is always much appreciated!

Who doesn't love Michaels?

I love this time of the year!

November is one of my favorite months of the year as the weather turns much cooler and the leaves of the trees turn into beautiful yellow and red colors.

It's also the perfect time to start buying new Christmas decorations. I personally prefer to recreate natural settings and for that reason there is no better place than Michaels!

I could certainly talk about Michaels for hours, but I will just say that its creativity and prices are unbeatable.

No matter where you live, you can always make it snow...

It's in the details...

I love to accesorize my daily outfits and I'm always in search of a new girly object to add to my look.

I found a black rose pin and I immediately pictured it with my Banana Republic light pink shirt. I added a pearl necklace and voila!...It gave me a romantic look.

I love to wear my self-knitted infinity cawl and my great grand mother's golden pendant. Any antique piece of jewelry will make the trick on a modern outfit.

Are accesories part of your everyday wardrobe?

Loving my Clarks shoes!

I just bought Clarks shoes and I love them as they are so easy to match with any of my skirts

Loving now

The GARNIER shampoo & KIEHL's conditioner left my hair as soft as silk!

It’s really hard for me to try new shampoo and conditioners as I have been using Pureology, Kerastasse & Aveda hair products almost all my life.

I have very fine hair and it’s a challenge to find hair products that actually work on my hair. But…lately I had the urge to open my mind, took a risk and tried something new.

So I tried the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo and the Kiehl’s Olive Fruit Oil Conditioner and I simply loved them!

If your hair is kind of damaged or dry, give them a try and you will not regret it!

Loving Target

I love Target and I think it is fair to say that I'm a total "Target Girl".

The truth is that every two weeks I drive up to Target to see what's new there and I always manage to buy something.
So as fall has already kicked in, last weekend I made my traditional trip to Target and found a fantastic chunky wool sweater.

Check it out!

I totally love it! You could wear it open (...pretending that you are not modeling!):

Or...if you button it all the way up, it transforms into a fantastic, super warm turtle neck sweater and you can skip your scarf to complete the look.

You can match it with jeans and if you are more interesting in recreating an English style; then wear it with a pair of corduroys and riding boots.

The good news is that I've seen it comes in grey, black and green colors; the bad news is that it goes away very quickly...

Do you shop at Target?
